The configuration permits 200GPM bulk off-loading of delivery transports, circulation of product from storage to storage through optional filter separator systems, primary tank closed loop tank sumping. The chemical delivery system is circulation configured, providing filtered product at variable flow rates and pressures meeting site specific requirements. Thermally activated full-ported emergency flow check valve. 3" Reverse flow full-ported spring loaded check valves, Pump inlet strainer with 100SS mesh extractable basket, Blackmer GXS-3 Positive displacement pump, calibratable internal pressure by-pass, self priming, geared, coupled, motor mounted on torque proof frame. Flanged 3" x 14" SS flexible convoluted vibration suppression piping, Closed Sump Sampler System will separate tank sump samples. Good product is routed back to storage while contaminated fuel samples are separated for disposal. No environmental risk of spilled chemical. Optional Aquacon HV844LMP Half Micron water sorbing filter. Rated at 240 GPM Derated at 200GPM for improved performance and longer life. Equipped with: Gammon Pressure Differential Gauge, 0 – 150PSIG pressure gauge with snubber, Inlet / outlet Millipore sampling ports, Flow check valve, SS air eliminator, pressure relief valve, All outflows are plumbed back to storage, Automatic thermostatically controlled heated sump, (Option) Automatic water detection with alarm and pump motor shut down Fail-safe manual sump drain. SuperSafe™ Deadman Control for Off-loading chemical delivery trucks. When the deadman handle is released the pump motor stops. 55’ of rubber intrinsic cord is wound on a Hannay spring motored reel. SuperSafe™ Bonding / Grounding System consisting of 50’ of chemical resistant rubber coated cord with a two-point spring loaded clamp wound on a Hannay spring motored reel. In the event the intrinsic loop is lost the system alerts the operator and stops the pump motor, thus depressurizing the system and stopping the fuel flow. [Continue to Page 3]
