SuperSafe Full Pump House

The 1/4" steel floor is designed as a spill pan to catch small leaks and maintenance spills. A locking drain is provided to vacate collected liquids as necessary. The floor is welded to 4" channel to provide reinforcement and create a platform. The roof is 3/16" CRS seal welded throughout to eliminate hidden water pockets where deterioration might occur over time. The SuperSafe System includes a equipment enclosure designed to protect the operator form spills that might occur during the fuel delivery process, or during regular fuel sampling and filter maintenance. The Half House encloses the fuel receiving adapter, locking b'fly valve, check valve, vapor recovery adapter and associated piping. Since the submersible pump is installed inside the tank, the sumping and dispensing components are all that remain to be enclosed. This includes the fire check valve, ball valveing, filter, meter, hose reel, hose, and nozzle.

The SuperSafe Half House

The half-house measures 6'0" wide, 4'9" deep and 7'0" high at the center of the roof. The compartment opening is closed utilizing a 5'2" wide and 5'0" high steel roll-up door.
